More than solar.
True energy independence.

“Shelley was awesome helping me get my inverter fixed. Very timely and responsive!”

“Shelley from NRG was particularly helpful, patient, smart, and understanding. I'd highly recommend working with her if you can. We had a difficult situation with our solar panels, and to fix it required dealing with like 100 moving parts and people going in different directions. She handled it amazingly well, quickly, and with the kind of intelligence combined with principles that are super rare. She turned a very stressful situation into a very manageable one and I'm very grateful for that!”

“We had to do a roof replacement and I wanted to remove and reinstall myself. This is out of the norm. I am a licensed general contractor and the homeowner. In order to make that happen, I had to get a removal/reinstall permit- Shelley was SO helpful in making sure that the permit got issued and that it could all be handled by me directly. She followed up when she hadn't heard from me (I got busy) to make sure that I had everything I needed. Above and beyond. Thank you!”

“NRG Clean Power delivered a smooth and well-organized solar experience from start to finish. Justin did an excellent job managing the project, keeping everything on track and communicating clearly throughout.”

“Shelly is very knowledgeable, professional, patient and very helpful. She is an asset in NRG CLEAN POWER.”

“All the NRG associates I dealt with were always quick to answer any questions and provide status updates when asked. Frankie, Justin, Venzi and Joseph each handled their part of the project perfectly.”

“Shelley Immken has been absolutely outstanding to work with! Our battery went bad right as we were in the middle of removing our solar panels for a roof replacement, and Shelley handled everything flawlessly once the panels were reinstalled. She immediately scheduled a technician to inspect the system, ordered a replacement battery, and had it installed without delay. Shelley responds to emails incredibly fast—often within 15 minutes—and goes above and beyond to ensure the quickest possible service. On one occasion, she even walked me through every step of a complicated system reboot over the phone. Her dedication, expertise, and exceptional customer service truly set her apart. NRG is very lucky to have her!”

“Once we had the permits completed the installation moved fast. I was out of the country during my installation and when I came back the installation was already completed! Thank you Gabriel for getting the installation knocked out.”

“We are returning customers with NRG. Both our previous and current home have NRG's solar. We are extremely happy with NRG's service and expertise. Their warranties are the best. NRG has been around for a long time and we predict they will be around forever since their product line is not just Solar. Antoinette Miner was the contact person who coordinated the project for our current home in Los Angeles. She has been very persistent and never gave up when we showed very little interest at the start thinking if this was the right time. Andrew Cohen made some excellent business calls to help us with decision making and start the project right away. Gabriel Weizmann coordinated the installation. The whole installation was structured well and completed without any glitches/hiccups. Bill Russel coordinated the NET metering link with LADWP and cleared several obstacles along the way by making several calls to LADWP. Bill's accountability is unmatched. Entire team is seasoned experts. I will be returning to NRG for a 3rd time in 2026 or 2027 for Solar for our ADU.”

“NRG solar is way to go if you looking for solar panel install on time and on the budget .The crew has great response time .I did work with PM Aracely Lopez from NRG and she did help great job helping me with my project.”

“NRG has been a great partner throughout the Solar process. We have been very happy with their professionalism, communication, and support. Edward, Adriana, and Bill were great to work with. I highly recommend them if you are considering Solar for your home.”

“This year, I finished a brand new detached addition in the back of the main house. At the time, a solar system was required by the city, for the addition. This was not my choice because it added an expense to the building and it is a small house that will be rented and utilities paid for by tenants. After having the solar system installed by NRG Clean Energy for several months now, I am glad that I chose this company. They are very caring, professional and co-operative. They have repeatedly done the right thing by me for which I am very grateful. My interactions with Al, Bryan, Bill, Andrew (and more) and especially Priscilla were very positive and satisfying. If I need solar again, I will choose NRG again. Highly recommend that you call this company for your solar needs. You won't regret it.”

“Beyond pleased to work with Andrew Cohen to size system and understand warranties for my system.”

“The entire process from the beginning to the end was great. We could not be happier with our experience and the team at NRG - Diana, Joseph and Priscilla! Thank you NRG!”

“I recently had solar panels installed by NRG Clean Power, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Priscilla, our project coordinator, was exceptional. She communicated clearly, kept us informed at every step, and ensured the project stayed on schedule. The installation team was professional and efficient, and the system is performing flawlessly. Highly recommended!”

“We had a great experience working with NRG Clean Power to install a solar system for a new construction home. Andrew Cohen is highly knowledgeable and patient. Andrew took the time to explain the different options, costs, and what design would work best for our situation. We received quotes from 4 other solar companies. Andrew offered the latest equipment for the best price and could start before everyone else. Once we were on contract, Aracely Lopez was amazingly responsive and competent and went above and beyond to execute this project. Aracely worked with us to complete the project around the new construction issues and constraints. Because of Andrew and Aracely's efforts, we have the highest quality solar system for our new home, installed quickly and professionally for the best price. We will be using NRG Clean Power again to install batteries. Thank you, Andrew and Aracely!”

“Communication from the team was amazing. They made the process easy. Kind, trustworthy installation team as well.”

“We reviewed three solar companies and NRG was clearly the best. They were also the lowest in price but this was definitely not reflective on the quality, the amount of coordination and communication throughout the process explaining all the details of each step. We really appreciated the amount of coordination that Aracely Lopez provided as well as Carlos for his communication and Brian and his installation team who was very professional, prompt, and attention to detail. We were very satisfied with NRG and would recommend them to all our family and friends.”

“New to solar in Poway, Ca and I am very pleased! What made this experience even more remarkable was that I was undergoing medical procedures during this time. Aracely and the team at NRG took care of everything, allowing me to focus on my treatment without worrying about the project. Their dedication and support made a significant difference. I wholeheartedly recommend NRG for anyone considering solar.”
